Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of July 23, 2014, on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (eIDAS Regulation), establishes a legal framework common for qualified trust service providers for the issuance of qualified electronic certificates.

ANF AC Certification Practices Statement (DPC) details the general rules and conditions of ANF AC's certification services in relation to the management of the creation data and signature verification of electronic certificates; the conditions applicable to the request, issuance, use, revocation and expiration of the certificates; technical and organizational security measures; information mechanisms on the validity of the certificates; and especially the verification processes to which the data provided by certificate applicants are subjected, in order to determine its veracity.

In addition to the general characteristics established in the CPS, the Certification Policies (CP) contain the particular rules to which the use of each type of certificate issued by ANF AC is subject.

All documents are uniquely identified with unique object identifiers "OID", have version control and date of publication recorded. They have been prepared in compliance with international regulations and standards on the matter, as stated in each document.
