The Certification Policies and Practices, as well as the Terms and Conditions, determine the scope of each service, as well as the obligations and responsibilities of the parties.

These Terms and Conditions comply with the requirements of the Disclosure Statement specified in ETSI EN 319 411 "Electronic Signatures and Infrastructures"(ESI); Policy and Security Requirements for Trust Service Providers issuing certificates" y ETSI EN 319 421 "Electronic Signatures and Infrastructures (ESI); Policy and Security Requirements for Trust Service Providers issuing Time-Stamps".
