Sign documents indicating your membership of a company
Qualified certificates with a corporate profile, recognised by Law 6/2020 on Electronic Signatures, allow the holder to be identified as a person linked to an organisation, whether an employee, partner, customer or supplier.
This certificate shall not in itself confer more powers on its holder than those that it possesses for the performance of its normal activity. It may be requested by the same natural person who holds the certificate, provided that they are authorised by a representative of the entity in favour of their employees.

It is aimed at natural persons who want to prove that they belong to a certain company but do not have powers of representation.

What documentation do I need to provide?
Trading company
- DNI or official document accrediting the NIE plus national identity card from their country of origin for EU citizens or passport for non-EU citizens.
- Verification of the existence and details of the organisation and the validity of the legal representative's powers of attorney. There are two options for this:
- Providing the deeds of incorporation of the organisation and the deeds stating the appointment of the legal representative with a current position.
- Submit a certificate from the Commercial Registry regarding the incorporation, legal personality of the entity, appointment and validity of the legal representative's powers of attorney issued during the 10 days prior to the date of submission of the application.
- Authorisation of a person with power of representation of the entity and empowered to accredit the link between the applicant and the company.
Private Civil Society
- National ID card or official document accrediting the NIE plus national identity card from their country of origin for EU citizens or passport for non-EU citizens.
- Document of incorporation of the company.
- NIF of the civil company.
- Power of attorney, if applicable.
- Authorisation of a person with power of representation of the entity and empowered to accredit the link between the applicant and the company.
