Qualified validation services
of signatures and electronic seals

ANF AC is the Qualified Signature and Electronic Seal Validation Service Provider (QSVSP) and provides this qualified validation service (QSVS).

ANF AC's signature and electronic seal validation services are qualified and, respectively, compliant with Articles 32 and 40 of Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market (eIDAS).

This service checks that the documents submitted for validation comply with the requirements of the eIDAS Regulation and standards, using operational procedures and information security management procedures that exclude any likelihood of data manipulation:

  • Comprueba la validez de QES / AES y QEseal / AESeal.
  • Válida certificados cualificados: verificando calificación, integridad, autenticidad y vigencia.
  • Válida sellos cualificados de tiempo electrónico: verificando calificación, integridad, autenticidad y vigencia.

Validation of TPS

QSVS manages a repository with the Trusted List (TSL) published by each of the member countries of the Union and version control. Prior to use, it is verified that the version to be used is the latest version published.

The interpretation of the TSL is performed in accordance with ETSI TS 119 612.

OCSP Service

The SVSServ proceeds to verify the validity status of the certificates used in the creation of the electronic signature/seal by means of an OCSP query. The OCSP response is required to be in accordance with IETF RFC 6960, X.509, Internet Public Key Infrastructure Online Certificate Status Protocol -OCSP.
