Privacy of our products and services

This specific annex to our main Privacy Policy, provides an additional informative context about the data processing we perform through the ANF AC Campus, an advanced eLearning training service.

ANF Autoridad de Certificación [ANF AC], provides this service subject to the provisions of:

• Vocational training subsidized by the State Foundation for Employment Training (FUNDAE).
• Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).
  In accordance with article 10 of the LSSI.
• General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons
with regard to the processing of personal data with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (GDPR);
• Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.

ANF AC, is registered in the State Register of Training Entities to provide training not included in the catalog of training specialties, having assigned the identifier 5955.

The treatment performed in this service is the collection of the minimum data necessary for the management of students enrolled in a training module, the grades obtained, the days and hours in which they have participated in the study of the subject, their participation in public forums, their communications with tutors and issuance of degrees or training certificates.

Conservation
The retention period is the duration of the service contract, and during the period in which ANF AC needs to accredit the correct fulfillment of its services.

Recipients
Except in the cases established in the main Privacy Policy, ANF AC does not transfer the data to third parties.
