Relationships between law firms, clients and the public administration have changed. The constant regulatory changes, present and future, lead us to a scenario of processes and electronic government, making it essential to bet on a mature digitalization and integrate new technologies, being especially an element of focus, legal certainty and consequently, the Digital Identity.

This was the central theme of the round table 'New paradigm of the relationship between Law Firm, Clients and Public Administrations' that took place in Accountex 2024, with the participation of Álvaro Díaz Baño, director of business development of ANF AC.

The meeting, led by SAGE, has also counted with the presence of other references of the legal, technological and public administration sector, such as José Miguel Garía Aguilar, Director of strategy and product for SMEs in Legálitas, Cristina Arias Borque, Head of Market Development in Lefebvre, and Pablo Peche Múgica, Director and Founder of the Consultancy TGS Edisa and Autodespro.

During the event, we analyzed the clear commitment of the European Union and the Public Administrations to achieve a complete electronic government, in which all the day-to-day processes and transactions of companies are carried out electronically, with full legal efficiency and resolved cybersecurity.

This trend, which will continue to grow and advance in the coming years with greater requirements and regulation, means that companies must adapt tools and solutions developed by technology partners in the IT-legal area, in order to adapt to regulatory changes, achieve a complete and mature digitization and automate their processes, thus allowing greater growth and time efficiency. During his speech, Alvaro Diaz explained how ANF AC, being the first authorized CA in 2000, has starred and lived the new requirements, increasingly demanding and with greater depth.

It was shown how Digital Identity in its electronic certificate format is the basic pillar of legal security, being the essential tool to achieve it, demonstrating also that, far from serving only to identify individuals and companies, it provides them with the ability to intervene automatically in all the processes of the company's life cycle.

We also analyzed why the professional firm is called to be one of the organizations that lead the change, being an essential piece. Being the link between their clients, the material field, and the companies that take on the challenge of maintaining knowledge, accreditations and technology at the required level, such as ANF AC.

He also highlighted how the professional firm can participate from minute 0 in these new changes, becoming a one-stop shop able to meet all the needs of the self-employed or company.

Finally, it was announced the presentation of the new ecosystem of ANF AC that will allow our professional offices to enjoy complete autonomy to provide their customers in real time, electronic certificates, which are not only fully interoperable with all public administrations, but its functionality goes far beyond, creating global and international interoperability and allowing access to 9 Qualified Trust Services and all its derivatives.
