October has become Cybersecurity Awareness Month. According to a report published by Check Point Research, in this first half of 2021, cyber-attacks against organisations have increased by 29% globally taking advantage of the exponential growth of remote working.

Sending and receiving files securely

What does Transfer Security allow you to do?
- Symmetric encryption to protect sending and receiving from attacks by malicious third parties. Only the intended recipient will have access to the file.
- Know if your files have been viewed and downloaded. Keep track of all your deliveries.
- Easy to use and configure. Modern and intuitive interface, you can send by Mail, SMS and Whatsapp and just select the file or files to send, set the recipients and the delivery mailbox. Additionally you can set a time restriction and a maximum number of failed access attempts (after the fifth failed attempt the file is blocked).
- Enhanced authentication: you can specify that the recipient must enter the code sent by SMS to their phone in order to access the file.
- Regulatory compliance RGPD and LOPDGDD: this service allows you to comply with the obligations imposed by current legislation on data protection.
TimeStamping, a guarantee against possible liabilities:
TimeStamping is a mechanism for proving that a set of data contained in an electronic document exists and has not been altered since a specific point in time.
Presumption of completeness of the data linked to the date and time indicated and of their accuracy throughout the EU. The Qualified Time Stamp shall be accepted for legal purposes and shall not be refused or inadmissible as evidence in legal proceedings.
