ANF AC, provides the services in accordance with l Regulation (EU) 910/2014 2014 as a Qualified Provider of Trusted Services (PCSC) accredited by the Ministry of Energy, Tourism and Digital Agenda [MINECOTUR]; in accordance with Law 34/2002 (LSSI), as a trusted third party and provider of intermediation services; and in accordance with the ISO 17024 standard for the Certification of Persons in accordance with the Certification Scheme for Data Protection Delegates of the Spanish Data Protection Agency [AEPD], as a Certification Entity recognized by AEPD.
