Purpose of the www.anfac.eu portal
This website serves as the access portal to the trust services provided by ANF Certification Authority (ANF AC) in its capacity as a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP).
Some services are offered in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode to clients who have formally contracted them and therefore have the right to access the private management area.
Additionally, the site provides information about promotions, product offers, service features, policies, contact forms, rights management, claims processing, and service contracting.
Terms of Access and Use of This Website
The Website Has Two Access Areas: Public and Private
PUBLIC AREA
This section is intended to provide content and information of interest to the general public. ANF Certification Authority does not guarantee that the products and/or services displayed in this area are available to all interested parties; their contracting may be restricted to professionals, freelancers, or companies. ANF AC reserves the right to make any changes or modifications to its web pages at any time and without prior notice.
This website uses cookies with various characteristics. Users may configure their consent or denial of their use; however, some cookies are technically necessary, and disabling them may prevent navigation on the website. Users may access this area solely to obtain information about the services provided by ANF AC and must navigate in good faith and in accordance with the intended purposes. Access to this area is the sole responsibility of the users and implies acceptance and understanding of the legal notices, conditions, and terms of use.
PRIVATE AREA
This section is intended to provide access to services offered by ANF AC in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode, as well as to manage personal or business accounts and any other published utilities. Access to this area is restricted to individuals with expressly authorized credentials. Access requires the use of login credentials and password or valid qualified electronic signature certificates.
ANF AC guarantees service accessibility in accordance with the contract formalizing the provision of the contracted service. ANF AC undertakes to make any necessary changes to ensure the platform complies with current legal requirements. In the event of updates or significant changes to the services provided, prior notice will be given. Any access or use of a service that involves a cost will be communicated in advance to the client, requesting express authorization.
Users may access this area solely to use the services provided by ANF AC for their intended purposes. Any attempt to access using unauthorized or expired credentials or certificates, as well as the use of reverse engineering, hacking, or cracking techniques, is strictly prohibited. ANF AC conducts ongoing access audits and, in the event of detecting unlawful access, will file the corresponding reports with the competent authorities.
ANF AC assumes responsibility for the services it provides.
Obligation to Make Proper Use of the Website and Its Contents
User Commitment to Proper Use of the Website and Its Contents
The User agrees to use the website and the tools provided in accordance with the law, these Terms of Use, and any instructions or notices communicated at any time.
The User undertakes to use the website and all its contents exclusively for lawful purposes, in compliance with current legislation and the Certification Policies of ANF AC, and in a manner that does not infringe the legitimate rights of ANF AC or cause direct or indirect harm or damage to any third party.
The contracting of services or purchase of products does not imply any waiver by ANF AC of its intellectual property rights. Copying, reproducing, or distributing images or content without the express authorization of ANF AC is strictly prohibited. Accordingly, the User shall refrain from using any content from the website for unlawful purposes or effects, prohibited by these Terms of Use, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable, overload, deteriorate, or impede the normal use of the website, computer systems, documents, files, and any type of content stored on any computer system (hacking) belonging to ANF AC, other Users, or any Internet user (hardware and software).
In particular, and by way of example but not limitation, the User agrees not to transmit, disseminate, or make available to third parties any information, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software, or any kind of material that:
- Violates fundamental rights and public freedoms recognized by the Constitution, international treaties, or other applicable laws;
- Encourages or promotes criminal, defamatory, violent, or unlawful behavior;
- Promotes discrimination based on gender, race, religion, beliefs, age, or condition;
- Provides access to or incorporates offensive, harmful, degrading, or unlawful products, messages, or services;
- Is false, ambiguous, inaccurate, exaggerated, or outdated, potentially misleading regarding its origin or intent;
- Is protected by intellectual or industrial property rights of third parties without proper authorization;
- Violates third-party trade secrets;
- Violates the right to honor, personal and family privacy, or personal image;
- Damages the reputation of ANF AC or third parties;
- Violates communication secrecy regulations;
- Constitutes unlawful, misleading, or unfair advertising or unfair competition;
- Contains viruses or other elements that may damage or disrupt the normal operation of networks, systems, or devices of ANF AC or third parties;
- Causes technical difficulties due to its format, size, or other characteristics.
In accordance with the above, the User agrees to refrain from:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the content without authorization or legal permission;
- Removing, manipulating, or altering copyright notices or other identifiers of ANF AC or third-party rights holders;
- Attempting to access content through unauthorized means or procedures that may damage or disable the website, services, or content.
Hyperlinks to ANF AC Websites
Users or entities wishing to establish a hyperlink to any ANF AC website must comply with the following conditions, subject to prior authorization:
- The hyperlink may only provide access to the homepage or a specific authorized page, without reproducing it in any way;
- No frames shall be created over ANF AC web pages;
- No false, inaccurate, or misleading statements shall be made about ANF AC, its staff, websites, products, or services;
- It shall not be implied that ANF AC has authorized or supervises the hyperlink or the services offered on the linking website;
- Except for elements forming part of the hyperlink, the linking website shall not contain any trademarks, trade names, logos, slogans, or other distinctive signs belonging to ANF AC;
- The linking website shall not contain unlawful content or information contrary to morality, public order, or third-party rights.
The establishment of a hyperlink does not imply any relationship between ANF AC and the owner of the linking website, nor acceptance or approval of its content or services. ANF AC authorizes search engine robots to capture metadata summaries and keywords from its web pages and to provide links to ANF AC websites through user searches.
Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights
Respect for Industrial and Intellectual Property Rights
The User undertakes to respect the industrial property rights of ANF AC and any other third party. Access to the website, whether to its public or private areas, does not imply any waiver by ANF AC of its rights, nor the granting of any rights over trademarks, trade names, or any other distinctive signs used therein.
The User may download the website to their device solely for private use and without any commercial purpose. Therefore, the User is not permitted to exploit, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly communicate, transfer, transform, or use the website’s content for public or commercial purposes.
Furthermore, all content is the intellectual property of ANF AC. Under these Terms of Use, no exploitation rights or any other rights over such content—existing or that may exist—shall be understood as transferred to the User, beyond what is strictly necessary for the proper use of the website.
Duration of the Service

Availability and Access to the Website
ANF Certification Authority does not guarantee the general public the availability or continuity of the website’s operation. Any warranty regarding the website and ANF AC’s services is limited to clients with whom ANF AC has signed the corresponding service provision contract.
Access to ANF AC’s website is granted for an indefinite period; however, ANF AC reserves the right to suspend access without prior notice to Users who, in its judgment, violate the rules of use of the website, and to take any appropriate legal action.
Disclaimer of Liability
Disclaimer Regarding Website Content
ANF Certification Authority makes every effort to avoid errors in the content of its website but cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy or currency of the information published in the public area.
ANF AC excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may arise, within its public area, from:
- Interruption of website operation or lack of access availability.
- Potential transmission of elements that may negatively affect the User’s computer systems.

Protection of Personal Data
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The provision of the service is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.
Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use shall be definitively resolved through arbitration in law, administered by the Arbitration Court of the Business Council for Distribution (TACED), in accordance with its Arbitration Rules in force at the time the arbitration request is submitted. The Arbitral Tribunal appointed for this purpose shall consist of a sole arbitrator, and the seat of arbitration and applicable substantive law for resolving the dispute shall correspond to the domicile of TACED.

Supervision
In the course of its eIDAS service provision and DPD certification activities under the AEPD-DPD Scheme, ANF Certification Authority is subject to oversight by:
- For eIDAS services: the Secretariat of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence
- For the AEPD-DPD Certification Scheme: the National Accreditation Body (ENAC) and the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD)
