eBurofax
Certified Delivery

What is eBurofax?
Being able to prove that a communication has taken place is sometimes even more important than the communication itself. In an increasingly digitalized society, communications and the collection of evidence that guarantee full effectiveness and legal certainty are becoming ever more relevant.
eBurofax is ANF AC’s registered trademark for packaged Certified Electronic Delivery services, which bring traditional services such as Certified Delivery and Burofax into the digital environment, without the need to assume high costs or waste time in their management.

Leave behind traditional methods that consume large amounts of time and resources.
By applying Qualified Trust Services, you can carry out certified communications with the same legal guarantees while achieving significant resource savings — all from your own premises.

We answer all your questions
Who issues the evidence of certified delivery?
ANF Certification Authority, as a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP), assumes responsibility for the administration of the service, preparing the evidentiary document and certifying it with a long-term qualified electronic signature.
Can the recipient reply in the same process?
The sender can decide whether to accept replies or not. In this sense, the procedure is similar to the traditional notarial requirement record. If desired, the sender can set a deadline for the recipient to respond to the notification/requirement. With a simple click, the recipient can access the response record and formalize it free of charge.
Available options:
- No reply period (the sender does not want the recipient to use the ANF AC platform to respond)
- 24 hours
- 72 hours
- 7 days
- 15 days
- 1 month
Is it safe to send documents?
Documents are delivered encrypted with SafeBox ANFAC technology.
The recipient does not need to install decryption software (it is included in the file containing the documents).
In the case of encrypted document delivery, ANF AC does not access the content of the information; however, this does not prevent certifying its authenticity, since the documents are signed with an electronic seal.
What does this service provide evidence of?
- Notification carried out (communication and attached documents)
- Integrity of the content
- Identity of the sender and recipient
- Timestamp of each event (Qualified Electronic Timestamp):
- The delivery order by the sender
- Delivery to the recipient and, optionally
- Opening of the communication by the recipient (web attachments)
