ANF AC provides its services in accordance with Regulation (EU) 910/2014 and Law 6/2020 of November 11, regulating certain aspects of trust electronic services, as a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP) accredited by the Ministerio para la Transformación Digital y de la Función Pública; in accordance with Law 34/2002 (LSSI); and in accordance with ISO 17024 for the Certification of Persons under the Data Protection Officer Certification Scheme of the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), as a Certification Entity recognized by the AEPD.
