1What should I do to be a Training Entity recognized by ANF Certification Authority?
You can contact ANF Certification Authority, through the telephone 902 902 172 for assistance and will be refer to the corresponding responsible. You can also fill in the application form you will find at the address: https://anf.es/en/accreditation-requirements/.
2Could my Training Entity be accredited as an Official Exam Center?
Yes, it could. Make the corresponding request to the Head of Training Entities of ANF Certification Authority. The request will be reviewed, and after checking if the entity meet the requirements, you will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of your application as an Official Exam Center.
3How should be carry out the admission of students to the courses?
For the admission of students in the courses offered by the Training Entity must follow the instructions of the DPO-AEPD Certification Scheme, in relation to the assessment of the pre-requisites and the definition of itineraries.
4Are the Training Entity or the training program recognized?
The training program taught by a specific Training Entity is recognized.
5Could be submited an application for recognition even if the entity have not experience in data protection training?
