ANF Certification Authority holds the UNE-EN-ISO 27001:2022 certification, applied to the provision of Electronic Signature Certification Services.
Developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the ISO 27001:2022 standard specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Information Security Management System (ISMS).
This certification independently ensures internal controls and compliance with management and continuity requirements, as well as with applicable laws and regulations concerning customer data processing.

ANF Certification Authority holds the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 certification for the provision of Electronic Signature Certification Services.
Currently, the ISO 9001:2008 standard sets the benchmark for quality management in over 750,000 organizations across 161 countries. Developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), this standard specifies the requirements for implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) in both public and private organizations.

ISO 26000 (Social Responsibility is a guideline established by the International Organization for Standardization. This guideline sets out principles on Social Responsibility to help organizations properly align their SR policies.
ISO 26000 provides voluntary guidance, not requirements, and therefore is not intended to be used as a certification standard like ISO 9001 or ISO 27001. Universal Exports and the entire ANF Certification Authority organization are committed to implementing appropriate Social Responsibility policies and fully embrace the guidance set forth by ISO 26000.

ANF Certification Authority has undergone an audit of its Environmental Management System, applied to the provision of Electronic Signature Certification Services, in accordance with the requirements of the UNE EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.

The electronic signature instruments of ANF Certification Authority have been reviewed by the technical services of the CED. This report confirms the compliance of these instruments with legal requirements, and therefore, the electronic signatures generated with them may be considered legal evidence in arbitration proceedings.

Unassisted, cross-platform, and multilingual remote identification system for the issuance of qualified certificates, onboarding, online contracting, certification of declarations of intent, and remote presence verification. It incorporates artificial intelligence and NFC technology (chip reading from DNIe and NIE).
Automatically verifies the individual’s identity; checks the authenticity, validity, and integrity of identification documents and their match with the person holding them; and captures certified video and audio evidence.

ANF Certification Authority complies with Royal Decree 311/2022 of May 3rd, which regulates the National Security Framework (ENS), at the HIGH category level, applied to the provision of services for the Video ID System (Mi eID eSign) and Internal Information System.
The ENS establishes the basic principles and minimum requirements that public sector entities and their collaborating providers must meet in order to ensure information security, data protection, and the continuous delivery of services.
This certification independently validates the implementation of advanced organizational, operational, and technical measures, ensuring proper risk management, protection against cyber threats, and strict compliance with current legal and regulatory provisions.
