What good is a signature if it cannot be legally verified?
A qualified validation is a thorough audit process carried out on a document, in which the document’s status and integrity are analyzed, along with the electronic certificate used, the electronic signature applied, and any electronic time stamps, if present.
What is it for?
The use of electronic signatures—or what users believe to be electronic signatures—is becoming increasingly common. These remote signatures are used to formalize countless documents and contracts. However, what good is a signature if it cannot be legally verified?
The Multi-Validation Platform enables users to gain full insight into the validity, current status, and regulatory compliance of the signature under review, as well as the integrity of the document and the validity of the certificate used, among other factors.
Failing to subject signatures to this process is a serious mistake, as it may involve assuming risks that could lead to immeasurable harm. In practice, we may end up accepting documents that are not truly signed.
Qualified validation can only be carried out by a recognized Qualified Trust Service Provider, such as ANF AC, which holds an accredited Qualified Validation Service duly published in the trusted lists.

What is the Multi-Validation Platform?
The Qualified Multi-Validation Platform is a web-based platform that requires no installation and allows any user to perform a qualified validation of a signature or document.
Validations are carried out through an easy-to-use interface that delivers automatic responses in just a few seconds. The platform’s response generates a Validation Report that serves as a validation guarantee, with ANF AC assuming responsibility for the result provided.
