Haven’t you digitized your business yet? ANF AC makes it easy.

The digitalization of companies is the process by which the digital transformation of the business model is achieved and new work processes are automated. ICTs have transformed production processes, both in existing ones and in new sectors that have emerged thanks to their emergence in society. And what does digitalization achieve? A study conducted by PwC reveals that 82% of Spaniards surveyed believe that the main reason companies embark on digitalization processes is to increase their revenue; second, 44%, to become more profitable; third, 38%, to improve the user experience; and fourth, 32%, to become more efficient and reduce costs. However, despite the fact that the current COVID-19 crisis is having a significant impact on indicators related to citizens’ use of internet services, Spain remains below the European average in terms of digital capabilities and has a “weak” performance in the digitalization of companies, especially SMEs. This has meant that, during the pandemic, these companies have had greater difficulty reacting to this new situation and implementing measures that, despite the restrictions imposed, would allow them to continue their normal business activities. At ANF Certification Authority, we want to help self-employed workers, small, medium-sized, and large companies adapt to the demands of the new Digital Age by digitizing their processes and businesses to offer greater competitiveness and efficiency.

4 tools that make digitizing your business very easy:

3. Electronic signature and qualified electronic certificates

The qualified electronic certificate is the electronic file, issued by an accredited Qualified Trust Service Provider, that reliably identifies a person on the Internet. It is a computer file that associates a natural or legal person with a series of data. This certificate is used, for example, to carry out procedures before the Public Administration and to sign contracts.

The electronic signature is generated through the use of the qualified certificate. It implies the existence of a certificate through which the signature itself and the identity of the signatory are validated. Its function is to allow the identification of the signer of an electronic document so that possible subsequent modifications can be detected, providing the signed document/file with identity, integrity and non-repudiation.

4. Transfer Security

Transfer®-Security@2x-2

Transfer Security is a file and documentation delivery service that is easy, convenient, and 100% secure. Transfer Security is based on PKI technology, using AES-256 end-to-end symmetric encryption.

ANF AC does not have access to the submitted documentation. Furthermore, all of this is in compliance with the GDPR and with the guarantees of a qualified service, audited and accredited by the European Commission.

What does Transfer Security allow you to do?

  • Symmetric encryption that protects sending and receiving files from malicious third-party attacks. The only person who will have access to the file will be the intended recipient.
  • Know if your files have been viewed and downloaded.
  • Easy to use and configure. You can send via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You only need to select the file or files you want to send, set the recipients, and the delivery mailbox. You can also set a time limit and a maximum number of failed access attempts.
  • Strong Authentication: You can specify that the recipient must enter the code sent via SMS to their phone to access the file.
